I got bit by a 10' retic not too long ago...not fun. She didn't even get that good of a bite on me but it took three of us to get her off over the span of about ten minutes. Lots of blood, some swelling over the next few days, and a nasty scar haha. It was my fault, but man she made sure I paid for it.

Comes with the territory sometimes. That's why I keep snakes who's bites aren't too bad . I'm glad there were no serious injuries.

This is a great example of why larger snakes should never be held when no one else is around.
