Being how I have no idea of your software environment (which will effect how you go about it) it's easier to just do it for you. I'm using an XP machine at the moment. I just opened it in image viewer, rotated it (ignoring the warning that pops up), closed image viewer and uploaded it.

I have a desktop with 7 and a laptop with 8. I know the same method works for 7. Haven't tried it with 8 yet. Many image hosting sites will let you rotate it / crop, etc. too.
