I would handle no sooner than 48 hours after feeding. I typically wait 3 days after feeding mine, but I do an 8-9 day schedule with large meals.
In terms of morph, he's definitely not Albino. He is Anerythristic at least; he may be a Ghost (AneryxHypomelanistic).
