I loathe people who get dogs only to give them away later. A dog is a commitment for life.

They arent always given away through choice, you dont know why they have to be rehomed.

There is NOTHING that would make me give away my dogs. If you aren't 100% sure you can provide for the dog its entire life, you have no business having it.

Try getting hit by a truck and not being able to walk and then seeing the dogs physical and mental health deteriorate. It may not be an easy decision but for the health and well being of the animal it is the right decision.

All dogs need jobs. It would both benefit the animal and the owner if the dog went into training as a service dog. It would be mentally healthier than the average "pet" dog.

No judgement here. Sometimes what is truly best for someone or something we love is the hardest thing we can possibly do. I can see both sides of the card. I am just saying that people make terrible decisions all the time. Yet someone one else can make the exact same decisions under different circumstances and it is truly an amazing decision. I can elaborate if my point is still unclear.
