People need to understand, Crabs, shrimp, lobster, crayfish are all just big bugs.
One fresh king crab equals a lot of roach meat.
Mollusks are another big favourite, My last sav would suck down garden slugs like they were candy.
If there is an Asian market nearby, big trays of snails are quite cheap.
Night Crawlers (commonly sold as fishing bait) are another source of food many overlook.
