Posts: 94 Country:	Re: Painful ? depending on how tough your skin is & how high your pain threshhold is, it can hurt a lot or a little. you may not bleed or you may bleed quite well. I have had my 3000+ gram female ball python get ahold of me & yes it hurt a little & yes it made me bleed, but I have had worse from other cuts & bruises. If you are that afraid of something, then you have no business owning it. It's not fair to the animal/reptile.
