Sounds like MBD (Metabolic Bone Disease). Chances are he didn't get any or not enough calcium and Vitamin D3. In effect, he's got rubbery bones. In humans it's called rickets. He needs a lot of care, calcium and D3, no climbing and handling. Chances are he's also low on all the other minerals and vitamins. A vet visit would be the best thing to get a good assessment of his condition. In the mean time, see if he'll lick a slurry or paste of calcium/D3 off your finger or his lips several times a day until you can get him checked out.
