Lizard Identification-Please

I live in the desert southwest close to Yuma, AZ. these guys are always around my patio but I cannot get an id. Hope someone can help me. he is sitting on a 6x6 square of a 12x12 block and he is only 1/2 of the 6x6 square.

It looks like a western fence lizard to me, but I'm not that familiar with western species.

I agree with Western fence lizard. Maybe a common side-blotched lizard.
