Hey everyone I all the shipping has been arranged my first crocodilian will arrive tomorrow I can’t wait; I’ve wanted one for years and its finally here. I’ll try too snap a few pick of the little guy when he arrives, then more after he settles in. Just had too share.
Hmm, while I'm posting... I’m having trouble deciding what too use as a substrate. And I would like too know what everybody uses in their indoor enclosures?
Thanks,
Devon
So.. How did the animal pan through?
I'm not sure if you're wanting land mass or the water area so, as for land substrate, you can use anything from gravel, smooth stones, dirt, large pieces of drift wood and so forth. As long as it ables the animal to completely dry off and isn't rough than you are set. For the water substrate, bare bottom or gravel will be suffice. Good luck.
