download mIRC and go through there, it is much easier and IMO a lot better

I agree with Nick, mIRC is an easier and nicer way to join the chat.. Jeff, when you accepted the agreement and that little download window popped up, did you click on yes or no? I believe if you click on no, you get the red X

There is no words to click OTHER than "I agree enter chat". That's it. So no, I chose to enter.

Ok I got mIRC and I can't find any ssnakess channel. And when I try to find it, it just creates my own ssnakess chat and I'm the only one there!
What the he!!?

LOL Jeff. When you open mIRC, you get that dudes face and when you close that window, another should open, this window you have to add your name and all kinds of crap. Close that, The server you want to connect to is irc.chat-solutions.org so at the window that would now be open (blank window) type, /server irc.chat-solutions.org Once connected there, you can type /join #ssnakess and you join in the madness. If you have problems and have MSN, add me if you want and i can walk you through it. Matt@ssnakess.com

Hey Jeff... click Cancel on the upper dialog box, and in the other window type
/server irc.chat-solutions.org
when you connect to that server type
/j #ssnakess
