Hognose scale speckles?

Hello,

I have a year old super conda hoggie and I’m rather worried about him, he shed about a week ago and he ate probably 3 days ago however he vomited part of it up about a day or two after which he’s never done before and I was hoping it would just be a one off in case I’d upset him changing his water dish as he’s a little high strung which I’ve been working on.

Since then he’s been out and at the front of the viv but then today I noticed something, he looks like he almost has speckles all down his sides? I have not notice this before and I’m worried about him, his viv is usually 50% humidity or below and he has a humidity box (which I’ve temporarily taken out in case that’s the cause?)

I’m planning to take him to the vet on Monday but please any advice will be appreciated as he’s my first snake and he’s a great little guy!

Well what do these speckles look like? Colour? Are they blisters?
