i'm still waiting on her pre lay shed mate

she dulled down and her white looked rather dirty a few days ago

she has since went back to her crisp clean white self

so i'm hoping for a shed any day now, followed with some nice white eggs

will keep you updated

i'm hoping a black and white diamond jungle jaguar will pop out an egg (i can dream)

cheers shaun

Re: Jcp pre lay behavior

Well. Bad news. No I did not get bit removing the eggs but it looks like only 5 are fertile. She laid 21. The 5 have red veins inside and the others are yellowish outside,1/2 the size and no veins . This is her first clutch and mine too. My temps were spot on so I have no idea what went wrong. Oh well. We will be having 5 I guess.

Re: Jcp pre lay behavior

could just be that she's a first time mom. Incubate them all just in case. Congrats on the first clutch! Can't wait to see babies in 2 months!
