Re: Littlefoot's first swim
My goodness, those two are quite the adorable little babies! I have to agree with everyone else, it's hilarious that Little Foot wanted nothing to do with Dorothy (or her hand at least)...great looking shots!

I have not had to feed them yet, they are doing a number on the critters already in the cage.
We have had great weather here, so I am rounding up more worms and slugs.
Thinking about releasing some bigger crickets in there.

Re: Littlefoot's first swim
I am hoping it's a pair, I would love to see babies pip out of eggs one day.

Re: Littlefoot's first swim
The next amazing part would be finding a dozen people I trust to take the babies.

Re: Littlefoot's first swim
I would hope that right here on the forum you could accomplish that. I know I would do everything in my power to take on a little one and give it all it needs.
If you would trust me too.

Re: Littlefoot's first swim
Of course I would trust anyone here, you all have been reading up on doing it right.
It would kill me to think that any of them would wind up in a fish tank with a screen top.

Re: Littlefoot's first swim
People doing that just sickens me. I understand the "cheap" impulse buy but you need to be willing to do your research and make it right for the animal asap. I don't think anyone here would ever dream of keeping one in a fish tank.

Re: Littlefoot's first swim
My "buddy" from the pet store wound up on the internet at RF.... in a fish tank. I'm heart broken.
