HI,
I have a Pair of Jungle carpet/ Diamond pythons. They are just wonderful. I got to breed them and had 21 little babys. I was pleased. As baby's they are a little nippy. They think everything is going to eat them.. Then with a little handling they calm down. I have never been tagged by the parents. Great eaters, pretty to.
Hope this helps,
Jess

Thanks for the good words. What is most important to me is to just get one from someone who knows what their doing. So if I can manage to get one from you (which would be my first choice from what ive seen in your stock! ) but if not maybe down the road when they take over me

Ha ha for sure Matty. No question.
Adam, you can't just bring it back on the plane. I've tried, LOL! He/she would just have to ship it anyways. If you have your heart set on gettin' one, then try and jump in with someone and split shipping. I ship to Ontario on average twice a week lately, so I'm sure someone wouldn't mind splitting the shipping. It'd have to be someone you trust though. No rush, as you probably don't even have the cages calibrated, decor, etc etc. There's some good care sheets out there. I say blaze through a few of them, and then come back to the "spilota" forum and ask specific questions. Get all that stuff ironed out before you beging to think about making a purchase.
Cheers bro!

For a 36x18x24, if I built it would it be to big for a baby? Could a baby be kept in a 10 gallon, like would it be better? Or a 15 whatever.

Babies go in the 18.5L "tallie" Rubbermaid for about 8 months to a year. Then, when they're bursting to get out, they can make the transition to an adult cage.
Baby snakes NEVER (rarely) go in adult cages. AT least, not if you want them to do well.
And fish cages (aquariums) are for fish. Snakes go in snake cages. Or in this case, Rubbermaids, LOL!

I was thinking thought to make a small melamine cage that is equal to a 15 or even 20 gallon. Is that still alright?
