Beer is an aquired taste, I agree. Most aquire it in about Grade 10. Heh heh..... Labatt's Blue and Sleeman's ROCK da house for sure!

Tim, I hear ya on the Rum an Vodka. Beer drinkers always make girlie jokes about the hard stuff, but ask them why they drink 5% alcohol while we're drinking 40% LOL!!! And sometimes 50-75% (Lambs over proof man!! 151!!!!)!!

Used the same male Tim. I had an '03 that was ready to go, but he was just a back up. He's 1000g now. I'll try him next year. No doubt this line from MJ grows FAST and keeps its yellow. I have no troubles payin' extra for sweet-a$$ Pastels like that!

Cheers all!!!

When you're in grade 10, you don't need to acquire taste... your ego alone will allow you to drink anything and everything. I remember chugging down mickeys of cheap white rum like they were nothing... of course, doing that once or twice on an empty stomach sure cured me of that habit.

Beer is definitely an acquired taste... unfortunately (or fortunately) for me, I developed that taste in Germany and it took me a while to get used to Canadian beer afterwards.

As for a summer drink, nothing hits the spot for me like a Gin & Tonic. It's just a nice, clear, refreshing drink. It's gotta be Tanqueray though!

Grade 10...........ahhhh to be young again........

Gin? Yuck! Ha ha, maybe Bombay Sapphire if I absolutely have nothing else to drink. But gin is for paint stripping and panty-removing. Ha ha, that's it!

Happy drinking day......er Canada Day folks!
