OK this time from the first new pic I would say female because it looks like it really doesn't have a bulge

I would say female... I have several girls (Proven egg layers) that people would say they are males. In fact if i took them to get sexed 2 of them would be called males (like always), so i guess it's a good thing i know better.

Where the V pores are there should be geleton/waxy type stuff coming out this time of year if it were a male. At 10 months old he should be sexually mature and ready to breed (for males).

Why would you put them all together?

Ease of care... one tank means only cleaning one tank, being able to feed them all at once, and less space taken up ( to a point).

it would be 4:1 and i know there are reasons not to do this... like making sure everyone gets enough food and has enough hides but I think it would be a nice thing.

why wouldn't I want to put them together?

Assuming you mean 1.4 (1 male 4 females), as long as the cage is big enough and has enough hides, and you feed enough, they should be fine together.

Also, of course, assuming that the females are adults as with a male in there, you can expect some action :P

that's a female but you should really do some research to figure it out for yourself
