No offence at all please, but its't the whole point of owning a rainbow boa the fact that it is rainbow coloured? Just wondering good luck on the breeding project though I know it must be amazing to own the first albino of a certian species

They aren't rainbow-"coloured". That shine like a rainbow when the light refracts off the scales. It has nothing to do with the color of the scales. Even black, white, red, clear, whatever scales would cause the rainbow sheen.
And its a Colombian Rainbow ( E. c. maurus), so its normally tan brown or yellow anyways. Not like the Brazilian subspecies.
