there are a few places on the net where anyone can buy tigers, etc...

i think a lot of those businesses aren't concerned about the animals well being. they just want to make money.

yea...knowing that any idiot can purchase a highly venomous snake off the internet is indeed disturbing.

Most of these animals you will have to have permits for, such as for Eagles you will have to have some sort of permit such as a Eagle falconer permit( At least here), which is only available to Master falconers. For hots, alot of sellers are familiar with your state laws, or will check with them prior to selling.. Most responsible and logical hot sellers will anyways. Just an upfront. I noticed that the site itself isn't finished so all I can say is wait it out, and as someone said, the paper work, CITES, and permit varification will take time and money so It'll add up and probably end up as more of a hassle than to buy an animal from here for a few extra bucks.
I personally wouldnt waste my time...
