jeez..i didnt mean to start a whole argument.. i just wanted to know if it was real or not..thats all! I am new to this site, so how the heck would I know if its been posted. If marisa cared to read under my name it says "neonate" Obvisously I am new to this, so she didnt need to get her panties in a bunch! Anyway, those of you that were mature enough to reply respectfully...i appreciate it..THANK YOU for clearing this up.

Marisa,
I think that's why some of the people had a problem with what you said, because they think you don't care. If that's not the case maybe they just need to know that.  It can be hard to determine the context of what we say on the net, without personally knowing each other and not seeing facial expressions. Guess things just get taken out of context when we don't intend them to be.

no need to pretend anything..all you coulda done was *yawn* then said something like:
I've seen this link many times..its a joke..its not real!
People mistook that as attitude...maybe cause I was being sincere about that way these kittens were being treated(if it were real) and the *yawn* signified that you were bored with my concern...Just wanted some info on it. And to make the website obviously they were stuffed into the jars, even for a short time..is pretty cruel to do. But anyway, no harm done..its all good!

i hate animal cruelty... i know its fake but forcing them to put their heads in and take pics its still cruel. Argh!

They weren't forced to do anything. they take a normal picture of a cat and edit it to make it look like it's in a jar. there's no animals being hurt. You can't believe everything you see on the net. If you believe the bonsai kitty site then don't go to http://www.petsorfood.com

This is stupid everyone just stop fighting about it. Lisa that site is terribly funny I could't stop laughing, though if I had not known it was a gag I would have gotten totally pissed and went on an activist raid I'm alredy a vegitarian as it is. But it was still funny!!!
