look into wipe out to clean the cage. you empty the cage. spray the wipe out in it. let it be for 5 minutes and wipe it out. simple as that.

OP- No reason to do a full clean out of the viv every time your snake poops or spills water. Simply pick up the dirty area and toss in a hand full of new shavings. I only do a full clean out once every 6 months or so.
