I as a newbie to the forum can relate to this thread.
I have been scolded for my set ups MORE than I have been given advice to progress my set ups and make them more habitable for my animals.
ATM were newbs myself and reptile_reptile to this forum and on the behalf of us I can say that we both feel more antagonized than welcomed.
Yes I'm more than open for advice and it looks the same as rep_rep but so far its looking like we have been bullied since our <1 month being here.
To put it short and simple: The only reason why I joined this thread was to LEARN and PROGRESS into a better reptile owner, not to be bullied around and scolded for the "mistakes" I've made. I think rep_rep and many others can agree.
We all just need to relax and say "hey what could we help you with?" not "hey your stupid and dumb you shouldnt own a snake blah blah...."
I understand it sometimes comes to the point where someone needs a kick in the butt to realize they need to change something but in defense for rep_rep and myself and I'm sure plenty others we are here to progress as snake owners and we can use your positive advice more than peoples negative comments.
