Have a couple of weeks off work and went down to Newquay(Cornwall) camping for a few days with the intention to teach my other half how to surf, however unfortunately no swell for the south coast till pretty much september.
Soooooo since I've been at home all this time I've had no internet
Back at my parents for a week now though so I can look after my mother as she's just had an operation.

As for Lola, turns out she has pneumonia but I caught it nice and early so she's on a course of 5 antibiotic injections, had 3 so far and will have the 4th later on in the week. Also, she has to have a nice warm bath every night in some electrolyte solution to make sure she's kept hydrated. She's perked up a lot compared to when I came home to find her very pale and not very active at all.

Mothers fine, just had a hysterectomy so she'll be in bed for a few days before she can move about okay by herself

Thats good news about Lola and well done for taking her straight to the vet. I to hope your mother gets better soon!!! How is your search going for the MOO!!!! Have you had and luck yet?
As for surfing, I do believe your in the wrong country for that. I thought freezing weather, lack of big waves and the drive to good beaches over there would mean there would be very little surfers!!!

They hold prof. surf comps in Newquay every year I'll have you know! And also in Scotland. My ex is a Scottish surfer and apparently you can catch some pretty big waves up there!

Yeah I knew right away what was wrong with her so there was no delay in taking her to a GOOD vet. Luckily we have an amazing zoo vet about 15 miles away so Lola went there. Absolutely mental aussie bloke, total legend! He has all different kinds of brightly coloured shirts with pictures of different types of tropical birds printed all over them. Wears a different one every time i see him

Yeah but if you want big waves, hot weather, clear water and major suf comp beaches you know where you have to go!!!!
Yeah aussies are all legends ey?? lol Dont know about the shirts but would most likely love them if i seen them. Its good that you have a good vet so close. My vet is over 2 hours drive away, so when i have to give injections i end up doing them all on my own As its just too far to drive every couple of days.

I wouldn't go as far to say they are ALL legends, my cousin is from melbourne and she is a bit of a prat :P

Ah come you have to admit it lol nah there are some weird and crazy people here, but not in the good weird a crazy way. Just plain weird and crazy if catch my drift. Melbourne is where its at, the best city by far. It has all the best clubs, great beaches, great old architecture and decent weather. Brisbane and the gold coast have better weather but crap night life and heaps of muzzas!!

Just a term we use for pretty boy's that put more into appearance than any female's do. I used to have a friend who took an hour to do his hair and would change his clothes at least three-four time before going out.
