Augh. I knew I forgot to do something yesterday. hehe.
Ah well I guess i'll just have to settle for seeing highlights on RAW tonight.
maiden: Yes we realize it's staged. It's entertainment.
As to the comments about why 'real' fighting is so much better... get a clue. Wrestlers train for years before they ever make it to TV and then spend countless hours making sure everything is perfect. Closest thing I can think of that it's like would be Circus de' Seoli (ack, spelling) You don't pull that stuff off without serious practice and dedication without killing anyone.
I like UFC and all that as well but you can't compare the two, they're totally different.

lol...apparently you dont have any idea what ''skill'' means. who cares if they train to be a wrestler, all it is is big muscles and learn how to do a few moves. any ufc fighter could beat the crap out of any WWE (with the exception of like 2) and that's what skill really is. mixed partial arts pros all train atleast 5 hours a day, each hour is something different. they could also beat any WWE in a pure grappling/wrestling match.

Apples and oranges. Who cares if they could beat a WWE entertainer in a real fight. WWE isn't REAL fighting. Get real! Mike Tyson could knock out Sly Stallone in a real fight that doesn't mean I don't like Rocky movies. Besides I'm sure THE GAME drives a nicer car then Dan Severne (spelling ?) and all those "big muscles" is also 5 hours a day work just a different kind of work and wrestlig moves are a different kind of "skill". A few moves ?! Have you ever recently watched wrestling? The arsenal of wrestling moves employed now a days is just awesome!! NOW CAN U DIG THAT!! SUCKAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

I have quite a good idea of what 'skill' means. 10 years of Karate, Kickboxing and stick fighting and more recently Fencing and broadsword fighting. I really could care less if some rabit pit fighter could kick HHH's *** in a real fight, that's not the point. We get that you hate wrestling, thanks for sharing your opinion. I for one really don't care that you love UFC and hate WWE. Troll somewhere else please. *rolls eyes*

how can you guys even talk about WWE lol, i watched that when i was like 10. you should really watch some mixed martial arts or martial arts that ISNT fake/staged. anyone from pride, ufc etc... could beat the crap out of goldberg or steve austin easily. i think theres only a couple people who were in WWF/WCW like ken shamrock who are actual good fighters
|
Two things: 1. Goldberg is lagit. He was training as a shoot fighter when WCW picked him up. 2. Professional wrestling training was the hardest thing I ever did, including college football. It was hard, and only the strong can make it thru.
I returned to the ring last Saturday in Chatsworth, GA. I lost my match by DQ when I put DL Adams in an Indian death lock around the ring post and refused to break it.
Last I heard he would be on the shelf for 8 months. =) Later that night, I decided to interfere in another match, I gave Johnny Slatter a spike pill driver, and I am not sure he will ever wrestle again.
