Re: What is on your wishlist?

I've decided that in the next decade Andy G and I will own some Boelen's. Much to chagrin of his wife.

She'll be fine. Hell she's okay with me getting a room full of pits so at least the boelens will be quiet.

The only thing on my wishlist for eventually is a Dumeril's Boa, at least that I am aware of currently haha.

Trans-Pecos Rat Snake, Russian Rat Snake, Gopher Snake, Black Rat Snake, Rubber Boa atm. It's out of the first two mentioned which I get first.

Where in the UK are you. I know an excellent shop selling a Trans-Pecos.

Re: What is on your wishlist?

Carpet python. Probably jungle carpet python. I love the black yellow contrast. I've had a normal ball python for 23 years, and just recently gotten a baby bumblebee ball python. I love them both, but...I'm ready for a challenge and something bigger and more exciting in my snake keeping. So... JCP it is. Hopefully making that dream a reality in a month or two.

Re: What is on your wishlist?

Since all of my snakes right now are fairly small and nocturnal I'd really like to get something a bit more active and display worthy at some point. My list is constantly changing but at the moment the animal topping it is a high white drymarchon melanurus rubidus.

Would really love an Indigo myself, but no chance here...

Next to come are some Philodryas, and looking at Thrasops

OOooh and how could I forget to mention a Russian Rat Snake. Rubber Boa is still on the list.

Re: What is on your wishlist?

I'm going to make a revised revised list because it is ever changing...
Amazon Tree Boa, which may or may not happen soon.
False Water Cobra, I love the look and anything semi-aqautic.
Brazilian Rainbow Boa, they are just absolutely beautiful. I'd need a good cage and some more experience before I made the leap though.
Greenbottle Blue Tarantula, easy to care for and for some reason I'm just drawn to them. Probably not going to happen while I still live with my parents though.

Re: What is on your wishlist?

My wish list:
Womas
D'Albert's pythons
Ringed pythons
Baird's rat snakes
Green rat snakes (triaspis)
Cape gopher snake
Baja rat snake
Apalachicola king snake
Fox snakes

This wish list does not represent snakes that I am actively seeking; most of these are easily obtainable, and several of them, I have owned in the past.
Rather, this is a list of species I would like to work with if I had unlimited space and time.
