She is mine, she was adopted by me after the previous owners dumped her off for being "mean". They were afraid of her, fed her live, IN the cage, and rarely took her out, so of course when they DID stick their hands in there, she bit them. Well, she has never so much as hissed here, and we handle her often. She is fed in a huge sterilite tub, and given 45 minutes after eating in the tote to go out of feed mode. I have never had a problem with her, and I am going to be using her for my education at the elementary school in April. It will be her first time, but she's a sweetie! "mean", BAH!

yeah, lots of people say the same thing around here.."be careful, its mean!" and then i just pick him right up np. but they are un educated so they really dont know i guess. but ohwell..shes in good hands now

hey it is finally getting into th 70's and when it gets hot enough i was gonna take mine out. But is there a risk of mites or other parasites if they're crawling around on the ground, even for a small amount of time?
