I have fed kale to my beardies often and not had issues. Like anything, variety is always best. Be sure to switch up and rotate veggies so that he gets the most out of his feeding and you will be fine.
He looks pretty good to me. A lot of beardies won't even touch greens when they are that age. Be sure to grab a 10.0 UVB bulb when you are out and a nice basking bulb.

If you can get a reptiSUN 10.0 tube bulb that is honestly the best bulb, I can buy ReptiGLO and other nonsense at my pet store but I shell out 60 bucks to get the reptiSUN in it is actually that great. Also if you want a good nutrition sheet (pretty sure I linked it earlier but will again) this is the best : Nutrition Content

Yeah I took a bunch on notes on that nutrition chart last night I think I'm all good. Hopefully gonna be able to get out and about today to get the things he needs.
