Re: New Slayer Retic :)
I know boids, not sure about other families, can open their mouth 180 degrees. So i believe that body size is always the issue opposed to head size. She will be more than safe eating things the size of her fattest point. Ill probably feed slightly larger than her fattest point, and she could probably take more than that if i desired(which i don't!) Can not WAIT until feeding day.

Did he use the word slayer? could you have misheard? Or was it in writing.

Re: New Slayer Retic :)
Alright, contact the breeder and ask, he could just have heard Selayar and thought he heard slayer.
Its a good idea to find out what going on and possibly inform him, when you get into retics is a great idea to know what you have.

Re: New Slayer Retic :)
I definitely agree. Is slayer a morph and not a locale? If its a selayer it'll top out at like 15 right?

Re: New Slayer Retic :)
Selayar is a locale. There is no slayer morph as far as I know. The only retic morph that has to do with killing something is "werewolf killer" bred by monster snakes.

Re: New Slayer Retic :)
So theres no such thing is a "slayer" retic. It is most likely selayer. Doesn't look like it on google images tho.

It looks like it might be Selayar, they don't always have the bright yellow head.
There is no such thing as a slayer retic as far as I know.
Some retic locales look simply stunning.
This Kayuadi for example

That retic you have is a looker either way, how much did you pay for him?

Re: New Slayer Retic :)
Shes a female. Paid 200 and got like 150$ worth of accessories at least. Two thermostats, a 20 gallon, tons of cage furniture and two light domes.
