i definitly agree... no matter what they always look cute. I don't know if she still comes on the forum but there was a girl named Linds that came on here a lot. She had a picture of a python, i belive it was green tree python if i remember correctly it looked like it was saying "which way did he go george which way did he go?" all pythons look so cute and helpless u just need to love them...

*ahem* I am not referring to the 20 foot giants that eat our young, of course

its the eyes too!!! that is totally why I got my ball...the all black eyes (well seemingly all black that is...) AND the pouty lip make them so adorable...Ill flip through pages and pages of snake photography books and be impressed but every time I get to the ball python pics I cant help help but "awwww" at them.

Pythonian,

Yea I've certainly seen some pretty non-helpless looking pythons...hehe try the video clip of the gtp in the video section. Il tell you waht looks helpless is that parrot half way down that snakes throat

I have to agree with the puppydog face thing. They really do have nice looking heads. I just never really cared for snakes that go from neck to mouth with nothing in between. They have very defined faces. I must also admit that I was hooked on them long before I ever owned one myself. I now have three and I don't think that there is another kind of snake out there that would suit me half as well.
