What exactly was "harsh" ssshell? I talked to Chris "letters" through email and he never thought that suggesting a google search was harsh. Maybe you should explain why you think it is. Sorry if it seems like an obvious thing that everyone does, but I get TONS of emails every day from people that have never even used google.

sorry i just found you sounded a bit rude...i've been asking alot of the same questions like letters has and i've gotten a lot of people not taking me seriously i'm also just curious and he has been one of the most helpful people towards me so far so it just kinda bothered me because it kinda sounded like he wasn't been taken seriously either. in my eyes the first place i would look for information about my snake is in google or yahoo etc.

That's all well and good. But what you do is not what everyone does. Lots of people are not as Net saavy. Not even close. Chris knows that everyone is trying to help him as much as we can. But just because not everything is spelled out or a 5,000-word novella isn't written in every response, doesn't mean that everyone isn't being curtious and/or helpful. Ask a question, get an answer. Don't complain about the answer. If you don't like it, wait and see if another answer comes along that you do like.

your right there is no reason to fight and i'm not saying what i do is what everyone does...all he asked for was a good canadian website twice and if your into reptiles i'm sure you can name a couple that would give him some good information instead you tell him to go into google and look for himself chances are he's already done that and even if he hasn't would it hurt to give him a coulple address's anyway?

Actually, I was the first to reply to his first 2 questions and I answered that for him and cleared it up.

As for Canadian websites explaining the differences between the 3 or 4 species he was asking about, I don't know of any, and I've been in the scene for the last 12 years, and have owned 3 of the 4 species in question.

I'm not fighting either. Just because someone doesn't agree or has a difference of opinion, this is all of a sudden an attack? or a fight?

Its hard to tell how people are really talking over internet forums and stuff. I totally agree that we should be helping Chris as much as we can. No offense bro. :-)
