obviously thats why one of them lost a foot, due to an anole bite, on top of that there's 10 of the lizards mixed in a 5 gallon tank with no hide a little water dish and nothing else. Thats why ive never bought my reptiles from the pet store but my girlfriend wanted to so that was her call.

But aren't YOU the one on here asking about community tanks? If you know it's bad in this case then trust your gut.

haha I have a habit of going against my gut instinct in anything and it seems my second guess is always wrong. But yeah I just wanted to back up my gut with facts.

I'm not saying it isn't possible... it IS if you have a.) enough space, b.) 'compatible' species and c.) the ability to see when an animal isn't doing well in that environment.
For the animals' benefit it would probably be a good idea not to combine them, but do whatever floats your boat =)

Haha, About the stores housing animals together, I have seen a store that had, in a 20 gallon tall hexagon tank, 2 whites tree frogs, 2 red eyed tree frogs, 4 green tree frogs, and 6 small house geckos. It was ridiculous, you couldnt look anywhere in there without one of those in your face, it was packed. It IS "Space saving" according to them.

Sick, isn't it? Most of the frogs you mentioned would eat a house gecko for breakfast! People are so ignorant!
