Well if anyt reports come in soon it appears you have a hell of a presentation. Not on is the teach being inofrmed but others in that class are are well. Maybe this eill even change their views on snakes and reptiles in general.

ok the snake isnt 2 ft its more like 1.5 but it can eat a full grown mouse and i dont know that much in snakes im more of a lizard guy and what can constricturs eat? my teacher only feeds him mice. and do constrictors need uv rays?

std. rule of thumb is feed a prey item equal the size of the snake at its largest girth. It would be bennificial if you could find out what type of snake it is. Then we can address other husbandry concerns that the animal might require. And most snakes do not require UV. And I woiuld recommend a 20 gal tank at this time.

I agree,find out what you can and let your teacher know what he can do to provide a better habitat for the animal.
If someone's parents are into snakes maybe they can help out with the research or materials.
Could be a fun and educational class project.
