I tried, she got it half way down then spit it back up. I think it was probably too big, I'm going to try a smaller rat. It was about the size of 2 adult mice, which is what I feed her, but I think it was just too fat:/

Yeah Medusa can easily eat 2 xlarge mice per feeding. I was thinking about trying an appropriately sized rat. Ihave 3 snakes on xlarge mice.
