My question is why is your home insurer concerned about the snakes? You'd think it would be the medical insurers who would be worried about that..

Also the liability of the heating elements possibly causing fire.

Yeah, they asses a lot of things. Oddly enough i've never had those be a problem but my fish tank light went up in flames a few weeks ago.

Also, it was extremely hard to find anyone to insure the house because of location and other factors.


Say I can find someone I think is fit to take my burm. Would you, and how would you, asses someone to be fit to take your venomous snakes.... I see lots of liability in that coming back on me...
