Re: Rare Daniel Bennett video of wild Savs

This video was really made by Polly Crouch, most of it was filmed while I was out of action. Considering so many millions of these lizards have made the trip to foreign countries it's a shame so few people have made the return trip to find out a bit about it.

One day I would love nothing more than to fly over and spend some time in Africa to do just that.

Thanks for posting.

I may be biased, but yes I must agree.

Thought you might agree lol... Just been looking up ackie care on the uk forums, and came across a Bosc thread where countless people are argueing that a 4 by 2 by 2 ft viv is apparently fine... No deep substrate or big water bowls and it's fine because they let them free roam a lot... It sickens me to see how people twist what the animal needs to fit their needs. I think a 4 by 2 is pushing it for an ackie, never mind a Bosc.. Anyway sorry for derailing the thread, mini rant over :-)

No problem mate.

4x2x2 is barely enough room to move in.

That's so frustrating. Link them to The Savannah Monitor, Varanus exanthematicus
