Might seem lame big a dog. I work a lot with no consistent schedule. Just wouldn't be fair to one.

Not lame in the slightest. I love my snakes but could not imagine life with out my dogs. Any breed in particular?

I haven't done enough for research to know specific breeds that would fit me best but something medium sized like a golden retriever or German Sheppard. I like winter so something that is okay in cold is ideal. But alas that isn't in the cards.
