I wouldn't just start medicating for an RI with only seeing some saliva. They do have saliva when not sick as well. Most snakes with RI if they eat at all will digest normally. It's another issue if she's regurging.

I would double check the temps and the humidity first as those could be the causes.

If you see other symptoms of an RI see a vet and get a culture done.
