The other day when feeding my wife noticed as soon as i pull the rat out of the bowl of hot water my Diamond x Jungle turn pink. All the white on her from her head about half way down was bright pink. As soon as i drop the rat in DJ nail it in the air. After he finish eating it turn back. I know my borneo head will get dark when scared or stress. I heard of it in borneo and blood just never carpets.
