Here's my apple snail. I know it's kind of weird, but I love this guy. I bought him when he was the size of a nickel. I pretty much got him to keep my tank clean.

Well, it took him no time to eat all of the live plants in my tank. So I got plastic ones and continued to feed him greens. In 8 months, he's gotten huge and has become my fav. critter in my tank and he only cost me a couple of dollars . He lets me hand feed him. I was doing some maintainence and decided to let him out for a second for pics.
