Ed_r Member Join Date: Nov-2002 Location: Chicago Age: 57 Posts: 366	Metal Halide Bulbs I have heard that the "active UV bulbs on the market, are basiclly Mercury Vapor lamps. Are they the same? I know Metal Halide bulbs are used in salt water reef aquariums to promote coral growth.
