Newbie!

Hey!

I am new to the forum and also new to owning a snake. On Monday I got a regular Corn Snake - Angel -

I have been working with snakes for about 3 years now - including the Pacific Rattlesnake, Great Basin Gopher snake, Rubber boa, night snake. I work at a desert cultural center, so we deal with snakes on a daily basis and educate people about them... since we only have 7 native snake speicies in our area, and 6 of which are either blue listed or red listed.

I actually got my first snake bite today! Rather proud, i'm going to insist the newest gopher snake to our center be named after me since he bit me! lol.

but yeah excited about being on a forum with other snake lovers and owners, and hopefully I will be adding more snakes to the family - since my daughter loves them and my boyfriend isnt too leary about it.. s'long as I dont bring home no rattlesnakes he's happy!
