How the heck did they find the snakes? I mean a baby python (depending on species of course) can be VERY tiny!

Maybe they saw it moving, or he made them otherwise suspicious.

A $50 dollar fine!! It seems kinda low, What's to stop him from trying again, if all he has to pay is another $50? That's cheaper than shipping costs, I bet.
