yeah whats up with beardies sleeping in the dumbest positions? I have seen mine sleeping standing against the glass, drooping off their rock, at the absoulute top of their basking spot (why would you want to risk falling in your sleep?), i dunno what else but the list goes on forever. Almost everynight i notice them sleeping in really awkward positions. Somebody should patent a beardie pillow...

Our male, Norman, is an exceptionally dumb beardie (We still love him, though...) He has a funny way to go to sleep.
If we take him out for a stroll around the living room, he'll sit there looking blank with his eyes WIDE open for about 5 minutes, not looking around or anything. Then, all of the sudden, he'll start off in one direction or another, looking very determined. He won't pre-plan his path or anything, just go....In his travels, he usually hits a wall, snout first, with a loud 'THUNK'....He then look perturbed for a few seconds, then figures that there nothing he can do about this, and falls straight to sleep. It's hilarious....it's almost instantaneous. Anyway....quirky little animals...
