Angus,

It really was a guess; you never sent me a pic of that snake before. BTW, have you found any albino beauties yet?

What species of beauty is it? I've seen a picture of a similar looking snake, I'll dig through my papers to see what species that one was.

Very nice, again, Angus

Very nice snake Angus.
by the way, your mandarin rat snakes, are they easy to keep in captivity cause I find them to be one of the most spectaculor snakes around.
Thanks
Michael

Michael,

No, mandarin is the most delicate snake I even deal with. The death rate is so high, even I got them directly from China without all the stress from wholesaler, dealer and pet shop. If you are inexperience with difficult species, don't even get your hands on them. CB and CH are much better, but still, they are very delicate when compare to king corn milk.

Mandarins are very delicate snakes and CH and WC can drop dead with no warning or visible reason. CB are hardier but still need extra care. Check out Pro-exotics for a care sheet and good luck if you decide to work with this species.
