I saw it last night. I wasn't impressed. The first movie was such a gem...special effects that the world had never seen, questions on the nature of reality, ethics, and Cartesian philosophy, all wrapped into one.
This installment, however, is nothing but a teeny-bopper kung fu flick for hormonally driven 16-year-old boys. The fight scenes weren't even that good, so it was a shame that they dominated the movie. Watching multiple Elronds kicking Neo's @$$ was rather fun, though.
In short, if mediocre choreography and a ridiculously convoluted script are your cup of tea, then this is your movie!

i thought that movie was tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight! Of course, i'm an 18 year old boy ;-) The plot blew. The fighting was cool The chase scene was extra cool. Can't wait for Ep. 3 and Revolution and Return of the King.. good good sequels
