Hello i have a question is it safe to feed a captive brooks kingsnake wild caught garter snakes

I wouldn't do it. The WC animal could have parasites or an illness that could harm your snake.

Short and simple...no.

Wild caught animals almost always harbor parasites. No need to risk your pets health to save a few cents.

Like others said, avoid it due to risk of parasites (or some sort of disease). Will it eat them? Of course. No reason to risk that though.
