...a 16" to 24" Hemostat in Canada for feeding my snake? I see them on eBay but was wondering if there was a place in canada that sells them.

Try flea markets. I bought my pair from the flea market in vancouver,the one thats held in the big red building around main and first. The guy had a whole table of medical supplys
You might have get them costum made,so that will take a few weeks.
