I`m not sure how you managed it, but well done, great tailbase shots by any standard, you really are a star!!!

















Next time can you take them in profile from the side, as in when the monitor is walking along, the tail should not be resting on anything, it may give an indication of gender........ (Sorry to burst your bubble)......

Don`t be too discouraged Wayne, they may possibly live for 20 years or more, surely by then you`ll get some decent shots???

Tail shots like that are crap mate they tense up and dont show anything proberly they have to be chilled out.

Take side shots like whats his face says.
