Costa Rican serpentarium.
I went on a trip to Costa Rica last week on an EF Tour, with about 45 other people from Raleigh, my classmates, and a group from somewhere in Minnesota. One of the days I went to a serpentarium. I cannot remember what city it was in. Several of the animals were injured, but I'm fairly sure they were rescues as Costa Rica has very strict conservation laws. Other than the injuries, they seemed to be well cared for, didn't see any bad sheds or feces or anything. Anyways here's some pics. I got mixed up on the names of the snakes as the name tags were rearranged when I saved the pics on my computer, so if there's any mistakes could someone tell me?
The first is an oriole snake. The second one is a boa constrictor with a cut lip, they had 4 in the enclosure that were about the same size as each other. The third is a green iguana. The fourth is a basilisk lizard, and the fifth one is a Central American bushmaster.

Re: Costa Rican serpentarium.
The next one is the last post of pictures.
The first one is a neotropical racer, the second one (I believe) is a rainforest hog-nosed pitviper, the third one (I believe) is a neotropical rattlesnake, the fourth one is a slender hog-nosed pitviper, and the fifth one is a rainbow boa.

Re: Costa Rican serpentarium.
Those are great! That's awesome that they took you there on that trip. How was the rest of your Costa Rican experience?

Re: Costa Rican serpentarium.
I did have fun! There was quite a bit to do, but I got sick on the last two days. Then everyone else got sick, too. Different symptoms than mine, so they got something else. The serpentarium wasn't actually a part of the trip, but a few of us decided to go check it out during our free time. There were iguanas everywhere lol.
