My Best Photos

I love to take photos and this should be no secret just by the few threads I have started here on this forum. The purpose of THIS thread will be for me to showcase, what in my opinion are some of my best work. For me some of the best views I have ever gotten of the world were from behind the lens of my camera and luckily I can share that with everyone.

These photos will be a medley of captive and wild herps as well as a few non herps probably...





This is not an artsy photo at all but this is an "awwweee" moment that everyone needs to see!

Wow, they are all beautiful!!

I especially love the ones of the geckos on the flowers.. are they your pet geckos? I have a feeling if I ever put my Gary on a flower he'd take off and I'd never be able to catch him, he's quite feisty!

that blue chondro is a really special snake imo

what camera equiptment do you use ?

between your eye for a great picture and your equiptment,you produce some of the best pictures i've seen

Actually I'm not using any equipment other than my stock Panasonic lumix DMC fz-18!

Nice photos. I'm not much into the cool background as you are but here are a few of what I think are my best pictures.

A very mad African Bush Eyelash Viper


Here I tried to use the shadow as an effect on my baby Western Diamondback Rattlesnake


Another of my Western Diamondback Rattlesnakes, with the tongue and tail showing.


My Retic showing off his perfect set of teeth.


Maybe someday I'll get as good as you, but for now I'll take what I call my lucky shots. That means I take about 100 pictures and hope that 1 or 2 come out looking good. Thanks the Lord for digital cameras. lol
