and milksnakes and hondurans look the same.... are they the same snake and im just confused? or are they different? and whats the difference?

There are hundreds of species of milksnakes, kingsnakes and ratsnakes and they all come in different shapes and sizes, if you're more specific as to what species in those categories, I'm sure we can help you out... Hondurans are a species of milksnake. ("Hondurans" is just used as a short form for honduran milksnakes)...As far as size, hondurans usually average around 5ft. Females tend to get bigger than males. Hope this helps resolve some of your confusion.
